Teen Fitness


One of the key aspects of fitness I am particularly inspired by is my work with school-age children and especially teenagers. I believe it’s fundamental they learn the basic exercise skills and techniques properly from an early age and be actively encouraged to enjoy regular exercise in fun-based sessions, providing a foundation for future success.

I run a range of tailored fitness sessions for each individual or group of children, helping them focus on technique whilst starting to build their own body strength and gradually increasing their stamina and cardio fitness. I am really motivated to help them understand that a healthy body and healthy mind really can help them achieve the ULTIMATE.
