Kicking off on Saturday 14th January and running for 4 weeks (wrapping up just before half term), you’ll combine a carefully planned exercise programme with a scientifically proven, low GL, high nutrition eating plan, which has been devised by Vee O’Brien.

Vee is an experienced health coach and Nutritional Therapist and is supported by Tanya Pascall, a highly qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer.

The Challenge includes:

    • Full body stats reading at the start and end of the programme (optional) where you’ll discover your weight, fat %, muscle mass, hydration levels, BMI, Metabolic age
    • Full but flexible menu plan with simple but delicious recipes and mix and match options to make it as easy as possible to follow
    • Support, tips and motivation by both Tanya and Vee via a Private Facebook Group – a place where you can ask all your fitness and nutrition questions too!
    • Fitness sessions every week, either outdoor group fitness or Personal Training sessions with Tanya
